Business Overview: Our client, a multinational software and tech company, needs an organized and dedicated Business Systems Analyst 2 to help manage and clean up their current subscription, as well as organize the future subscriptions process. The ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver with an understanding of cloud technology and the ability to pick up concepts quickly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for data de-duplication, data cleansing, hierarchy management, and data conversion.
  • Analyze and evaluate computer and business systems.
  • Support design, implementation, and testing.
  • Perform cost/benefit/risk analysis.
  • Assist in ensuring that the methodology is compliant with information technology guidelines.
  • Work with Program Manager to identify tasks and scheduling (may work closely with or delegate assignments to other members of immediate workgroup).

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree is not required but preferred, ideally business-related.
  • Strong understanding of software architectures, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required.
  • Advanced Excel user with the ability to merge data tables, create pivot tables, and track and sort data.
  • Understanding of basic cloud concepts like what VMs are as well as storage and networking in the cloud.
  • Power BI experience a plus.
  • Basic SQL skills.
  • Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong technical design and process analysis skills.
