SSL Service Desk Technicians are expected to have 2 – 4 years’ experience (or educational equivalent) and have a desire to grow their professional skills.

SSL Service Desk Technicians are expected to have the following qualities:

  • A great sense of customer service
  • A solid work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills at both technical and non-technical levels
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and quality of work
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Adeptness at utilizing resources and finding solutions

Required technical proficiency:

  • Minimum two years of hands-on technical experience:
  • Desktop Support (PC)
  • Desktop Support (Mac)
  • Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • Familiar with Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016
  • Anti Virus Solutions
  • Backup System Solutions
  • Active Directory

Optional technical proficiency:

  • IP Routing/Switching
  • Firewalls
  • SQL Server
  • SharePoint

Other Items:

  • Initial two week training to be completed in Seattle.
  • Some regional travel.
  • Finger print and background check required.
