Position Overview

Be one of the first employees of one of the fastest growing start-ups in Seattle!  Record360 is looking for highly motivated and energetic sales professionals to join our team.  Record360 offers rental and leasing companies the ability to improve customer service, decrease damage disputes and expenses, and improve product quality with their best-in-class video and photo asset condition documentation and management software. Operating across multiple industries, including vehicle rental, equipment rental, and property management, Record360 provides companies with the opportunity to do away with paper forms while streamlining the condition review process and improving customer service.

The Sales Representative will mainly be responsible for driving new business at the front-end of the sales cycle by contacting and educating prospective customers about Record360’s technology solution.

Responsibilities

·      Develop & execute cold calling strategy to target prospects in assigned territory for new opportunities – Expectation is 50+ calls daily

·      Presenting web based demos

·      Implement sales strategies to secure new contracts

·      Engage with current Record360 team regarding existing customer satisfaction/feedback; seek referrals

Requirements and Other Attributes

Must Haves

·      Technology-savvy and comfortable using apps, tablets, and other technology tools

·      Prior experience making cold calls and finding opportunities

·      You are a small team, so you will manage all aspects of sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, and close

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, ideally with experience using webinar software such as GoToMeeting

·      Time management skills

·      Ability to complete role/tasks largely independently, yet team/partner as needed

·      History of consistently meeting and often exceeding sales goals

Other Attributes Desired

·      Be familiar with certain industries and channels that could leverage the Record360 solution (e.g., car rental, equipment rental, dealerships, property management) and have contacts within those industries

·      Experience working with Salesforce CRM

·      SaaS sales experience selling into SMB space is a plus
