The CRM Developer will be a part of an agile development team, working on the deployment, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the enterprise.

CRM Developers are responsible for developing and delivering high-quality CRM technical/business solutions to our diverse client base according to their unique requirements, and providing development and support on internal projects as needed. Developers play a key role by solving customer challenges through providing development, configuration, and support on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations in concert with other related technologies. This role is both challenging and rewarding, and provides an opportunity to develop new business, technical and functional skills to cultivate a career within our company.
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
Customize the system to meet the business needs of the client.
Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects through analysis, design, development, testing, training, and deployment activities necessary to deliver superior quality CRM solutions.
Meet with clients to understand their business and technical challenges and develop a plan to solve their problems.
Ensure the plans support the client’s goals and expectation, and be willing to make the adjustments to exceed these expectations.
Follow a structured CRM project methodology on all projects to ensure CRM project success for all clients.
Effectively communicate, self-manage, and complete assigned projects and project deliverables in a timely manner.
Work with peers and client resources in a team environment to complete tasks, goals, and timelines.
• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area.
• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
• Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
