About the role: 

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will craft and maintain scalable processes and database management that help us optimize our efforts across demand generation, sales development, inbound marketing, partner marketing, and the larger integrated marketing team. Working closely with Sales Operations, you are responsible for the coordination and management of the company’s marketing systems to improve efficiency, maintain data integrity, and optimize marketing performance. You’ll have a high-technical aptitude, an understanding of demand generation marketing, and a true love of data and the actionable insights that can come from it! You are passionate about building and scaling a robust marketing tech stack to track against marketing critical metrics and success metrics. And you’re a great team player who likes to take a break from crunching numbers to interact with people!

Responsibilities: 

Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) used to generate, distribute, and report.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

Requirements: 

Ability to demonstrate our  values  in an on-going and consistent way
Authority in Marketing Automation (Hubspot) and integrating those systems with other technologies
Expertise in Salesforce and its relationship to the marketing stack
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and desire to improve processes
Experience in data management and maintaining data hygiene
Strong analytical experience, including deep understanding of Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle multiple projects at once in an energizing, fast-paced environment
